Restaurant: Fast food & Non Fast food
1.) Name a recent fast food restaurant that you went to. Subway.
2.) Was the service like at the fast food restaurant excellent, good, fair, poor, or very poor? Excellent.
3.) What did you like about the service at the fast food restaurant that you went to? The woman who waited on me was friendly when she asked me what I wanted.
4.) Would you go back to the fast food restaurant that you went to? Yes.
5.) Would you recommend a friend to the fast food restaurant that you went to? Yes.
6.) Name a recent fast food restaurant that you went to. Olive Garden.
7.) Was the service like at that non fast food restaurant excellent, good, fair, poor, or very poor? Excellent.
8.) What did you like about the service at the non fast food restaurant that you went to? They served use Italian bread sticks & butter. The waitress asked us if we wanted anything to drink while we were deciding on what we wanted to order & the waiter brought us our food and drink.
9.) Would you go back to the non fast food restaurant that you went to? Yes.
10.) Would you recommend a friend to the non fast food restaurant that you went to? Yes.
11.) What is the name of your favorite fast food restaurant that you eat at? Burger King.
12.) What is the name of your favorite non fast food restaurant that you eat at? Red Lobster.
13.) Should a service both good or bad at a non fast food determine how much you should tip a waiter or waitress? Yes.
14.) Please explain why you think a service in a non fast food restaurant will determine how much you should tip a waiter or waitress? If a waiter or waitress is friendly then he or she should expect a big tip. If a waiter or waitress is rude then he or she should expect little or no tip. Courtesy is a major factor in tipping.
15.) You've had experiences in a non fast restaurant (s) do you tip big, tip small, or no tip? I tip big!
16.) You've had experiences where some waitresses have paid for you dessert. Should a waitress get a big tip Yes or No? Of Course.
17.) Why should a waitress (es) who buy your dessert get a big tip? Because chances are the waitress or waitress(es) who paid for my dessert was going to get a big tip anyway for such a good service & nothing will change with her paying for my dessert.
18.) Do you normally eat all of your food, leave food on the table that you do not finish, or take your food to go in a doggy bag when you eat at a non fast food restaurant? I normally eat all of my food at a non fast food restaurant.
19.) Is it normally a short waiting time or a long waiting time when you go to a fast food restaurant? Short waiting time.
